Estratégias do Feminino

The exhibition features a selection of 95 works produced by Brazilian women from the beginning of the 20th century to the present day. These works by 53 artists are impactful due to their artistic and conceptual power, and—whether through negation, contestation, deconstruction, reinterpretation, self-representation, deformation, allegory, or humor—problematize the constitutions, conditions, and cultures of "feminism."
